PORK

We love to grab a big pork butt, rub it down with a generous amount of our sweet and smoky seasoning, cook it low over charcoal and cherry wood until pull apart tender. Serve with our Under the Hood BBQ Original Sauce for a match made in heaven!

CHICKEN

LAMB

Our herby, garlic lamb rub delivers our signature flavour that has been gracing our catering menu and Masterclasses for many moons.  There's nothing better than a barbecue that's fully loaded with delicious New Zealand lamb, seasoned to an inch of it's life with all the good stuff we love - Marlborough sea salt, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Elevate it even more with a stash fresh cut rosemary from the garden under that lovely leg. It's a Kiwi fave that'll give Nana's roast a run for it's money!

GPS (Garlic Pepper Salt)

This general purpose rub has just the right blend of salt, garlic and pepper to get you wherever you need to go. Sprinkle it on absolutely anything and everything savoury - veges, meats, salads. It's the pantry staple you can keep on hand for every meal.

BEEF

This versatile beef rub recipe has delivered the UTH signature flavour that has been loved and approved of by 1000's of happy customers who have enjoyed the catering and Masterclasses. It's an absolute go-to for beef cheeks, beef shorties, tomahawk steaks or a girthy brisket!
